'I did it,you see, I did it, what more do they want?'
turned into a commercial object...
an America's celebrity artist casualty...
Pollock was not like Picasso or many other great artists who got admiration from majority of the public and an 'approval' or appreciation from fellow artists of his time...
People doubted his technique of 'painting' and said that 'everyone could have done that too...'
but honestly, try and drop paint on to the canvas yourself...
you could never paint like Pollock did...
Yes, Pollock did it, so why do he care what other people want?
trying to meet people's expectations is damn difficult and people get one crazy...
maybe if he started caring less about the public and more about art
he might not turn himself into a casualty that easily...
